Ground transportation innovators bring nearly 30 years of leadership and operational excellence together expanding their regional and global presence

Santa Ana, CA., April 23, 2024 – BEST-VIP Chauffeured Worldwide (BEST-VIP) and Ground Logistics International (GLI), two leading ground transportation solutions companies, announce they are merging under the BEST-VIP brand; and, will continue to provide private chauffeured business travel, and group transportation services across Southern California including Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Inland Empire counties. The combined entity will also extend its capabilities to serve clients globally through its expansive network of qualified affiliates in 650 cities—24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Upon the close of the transaction in May, BEST-VIP will assume management responsibility beginning July 1, 2024.

The BEST-VIP management team led by CEO Robert Vaughan will remain in place with additional leadership support from Frank Duvall, Chief Executive Officer of GLI, to maintain business continuity through the transition.
