Safety First- Background Checks and Insurance

Recently an article cautioned that 14 states had already issued warnings for rideshare passengers that apps like Uber and Lyft may not provide adequate insurance coverage. Here at BEST-VIP, the security and satisfaction of our passengers is our highest priority. We outline the strict standards for our drivers and vehicles in our Duty of Care list, which specifies vehicle insurance policies and chauffeur background checks. Our drivers and vehicles are insured and guaranteed to meet local, state, and federal regulations to keep you safe. Rideshare apps are prevented from fully screening their drivers, which means your Uber or Lyft driver hasn’t been drug tested, screened for a criminal background, fingerprinted, or trained in driver duties and safety.
