BEST-VIP Chauffeured Worldwide is committed to making our services accessible for everyone, and we are constantly working to improve the experience for our users with any levels of impairment and ability.

We strive to meet all the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0. Our online booking process is optimized for those navigating without the use of a mouse, and we will continue to review, test and modify our website and any future releases of the site for web accessibility issues.

Accommodating Travelers with Special Needs

We aim to accommodate all travelers to the best of our ability. Whether you have limited mobility, hearing impairment, vision impairment, a service animal, an assistive device, or require extra assistance from the chauffeur, we will do everything we can to meet your needs and make your trip as enjoyable as possible.

Best-VIP has multiple ADA compliant vehicles, including a Dodge Chrysler Van and two Motorcoach vehicles with ADA lifts, which are best suited for people with reduced mobility.

For bookings with special needs, please write your request in the “Special Requests” box in the Livery Coach widget, or in the “Your Message” box in the Contact Form when booking. You may also make special requests over the phone at 866.323.2378 (BEST).

If you are traveling with an assistive device please be sure to also include its size, especially for larger devices like foldable wheelchairs, so our team can confirm it will fit in the trunk of the vehicle. Please note that we are usually unable to transport rigid-frame wheelchairs in our Luxury Sedans.

We also highly recommend booking at least 24 hours before your trip.
