Reservations
You can often book on demand or with as little as four hours’ notice. For larger vehicles or special pickup locations, a bit more time may be needed. To help us serve you best, we recommend booking as early as you can.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the ride. If you have questions about your reservation, we’re here to help — just reach out to our team.
Airport Procedures
We monitor flights in real time to make sure your chauffeur is there — even if your flight is early or delayed. You can reach your chauffeur directly through the mobile app, phone, or text.
Meet & Greet service is available in baggage claim areas. Fees may vary depending on the vehicle and airport.
Grace Periods and Wait Time Charges
Wait time charges apply after the following grace periods:
- Non-airport pickups: 15 minutes
- Airport arrivals (Domestic & International): 30 minutes from gate time
- FBO arrivals: 30 minutes from pickup time or 15 minutes from scheduled wheels down
If wait time goes beyond the grace period, it’s billed in 15-minute increments based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.
Additional Stops and Waiting Fees
If your ride includes extra stops or extended wait time, additional fees may apply. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to plan ahead.
Payment & Billing
Credit card pre-authorization
Reservations secured by credit card are subject to a pre-authorization for the estimated fees communicated verbally at the time of booking and/or itemized on the reservation confirmation. Please note that a pre-authorization constitutes a temporary hold on the estimated funds and does not represent an immediate charge to the account.
Final charges
The final charge to the card on file will be processed upon completion of the trip or trips. Final charges may vary from the initial pre-authorized estimate and will reflect the confirmed trip details as finalized by our team, including actual duration, itinerary modifications, and any applicable fees or adjustments.
For inquiries regarding pre-authorization holds or final billing, please contact our team directly prior to or following the completion of your reservation.
Vehicle Amenities and Special Requests
- We offer baby car seats (toddler, booster, infant) upon request.
- Pets are welcome in our vehicles.
- Our chauffeurs are professionally trained and committed to your safety and comfort.
