iHeartRadio Music Festival Private Transportation
The 2026 iHeartRadio Music Festival is presented by Capital One and hosted by Ryan Seacrest. Two nights of back-to-back headliners. The lineup spans BTS, Benson Boone, Cardi B, Ciara, Goo Goo Dolls, Kenny Chesney, Lainey Wilson, LE SSERAFIM, Major Lazer, Muse, Snoop Dogg, The Smashing Pumpkins, Weezer, and Zara Larsson, with a special performance by Stella Lefty.
When: Friday, Sept 18 + Saturday, Sept 19, 2026 · Where: T-Mobile Arena, 3780 S Las Vegas Blvd · Doors: 6:30 PM · Show: 7:30 PM.
Our iHeartRadio Music Festival private transportation covers everything outside the arena, from your first pickup to wherever the night ends.
A Strip festival evening is rarely one hotel-to-arena trip. The reservation works best when it covers the whole night, not just a single leg.
How Vehicles Reach T-Mobile Arena
T-Mobile Arena routes vehicles differently depending on how you arrive, and access can vary by event.
- Partner limousines and black-car services: current arena guidance allows drop-off beneath the east and west porte-cocheres
- Taxis and app-based cars: use the East Suite Entrance, with post-show pickup pushed out to New York-New York or Park MGM
The bigger difference shows up after the show, when a rideshare means a walk to a neighboring casino and a wait in the surge window. Booking a chauffeur ahead removes the need to request a rideshare during the post-show surge, which is worth sorting out early in the evening.
Before you head in, lock down three things with our team:
- the return meeting point
- the contact number on the reservation
- your destination after the show
They feel like formalities at 7 PM. They matter when the arena empties around 11.
Where the Arena Sits, and Why It Helps
T-Mobile Arena anchors The Park, an open-air dining promenade linking it to New York-New York and Park MGM.
Guests staying at New York-New York or Park MGM can walk to the arena, which makes both particularly convenient for festival nights.
Staying farther up the Strip still works. The Park is worth working into your evening either way, since its bars and restaurants buzz before and after the show. That makes it an easy place to start or end the night, and another address to give your chauffeur.

Flying In on Festival Day? Mind the Luggage
Plenty of festival-goers make the short hop from Southern California, flying into Las Vegas the same day. If that’s you, the trip starts before the airport.
We can arrange the ride from home to your departure terminal, whether that’s LAX or another SoCal airport. That way, the first leg is settled before you even fly. Once you land, a same-day flight changes things on the ground, mostly because of bag rules.
T-Mobile Arena’s policy is strict:
- Bags no larger than 9 x 5 x 2 inches
- Larger bags and backpacks not allowed inside
- Lockers on Toshiba Plaza start at $20; no access during the show
- No re-entry once you leave
Going straight from the airport to the arena with a carry-on creates an avoidable problem. Drop the luggage first, then arrive with nothing bigger than a small clutch. If your flight lands late enough to threaten the 7:30 start, tell us when you book.
Every Stop and Passenger Changes the Reservation
Each place you add becomes a fixed address, and the order defines the reservation.
Same hotel, two very different nights:
- Bellagio → dinner → T-Mobile Arena → Bellagio
- Bellagio → T-Mobile Arena → Bellagio
The gap grows if friends need to be picked up from another resort first, or if part of the group leaves separately afterward. Send every stop in order, and tell us where the passenger count changes.
That last point also drives vehicle choice. A six-person airport arrival with bags may need a different vehicle from a two-person hotel pickup later in the evening.
The more your chauffeur knows before the night starts, the less there is to improvise once it’s underway.

Don’t Pick Your Pickup Time by Distance Alone
A Strip hotel can look minutes from the arena on a map. Distance is the wrong thing to plan around.
Doors open at 6:30 PM, but the festival activity outside starts earlier. The free iHeartRadio House of Music opens at 4 PM on both days, right outside the arena. Anyone planning to visit it needs an earlier pickup than someone heading straight to the doors.
On Saturday, it also runs live sets: Stella Lefty before the arena show and Major Lazer after it.
Leave extra time if you need to:
- visit the House of Music, open from 4 PM
- clear security, which slows as doors get busier
- collect tickets at will call
- meet guests staying at another hotel
- eat in The Park first
- follow separate VIP or premium-entry instructions

Two Nights, Two Separate Plans
Attending both nights means two different evenings, so don’t force them into one template.
The people with you may change. You might eat out only on Friday, leave from a different hotel on Saturday, or arrive earlier the second night after seeing how the first one flowed.
The cleanest approach is to book each night as its own reservation, with its own pickup time, stops, and passenger list.
Keeping the dates separate also prevents a Friday instruction from accidentally carrying into Saturday.

Plan the Return Before You Walk In
Most people plan hard to get to a concert and barely at all to leave one. Here, the friction lives.
By the end of the night, your phone has been showing tickets and shooting video for hours, often on low battery, right as 20,000 people head for the same doors. That’s the worst moment to be improvising an exit. With a chauffeur, the meeting point and return reservation are already in place while the crowd is leaving.
The rule is simple: don’t walk into the arena knowing where you were dropped off but not where you’ll meet afterward.
